Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This policy explains how Virtustant LLC (“Virtustant”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit virtustant.com and its subdomains, submit a form, apply for a role, or use our staffing services. Questions: marketing@virtustant.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, submit a contact or hiring form, or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide — typically name, email, phone, company, role requirements, and, for applicants, work history, skills, compensation expectations, and any documents you attach.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. Depending on your settings, our site may load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), and advertising pixels from Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, plus visitor-identification and enrichment tools (such as Apollo and RB2B) that may associate your visit with business contact information. These tools collect device, usage, and approximate location data.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and provide staffing services; to match candidates with client roles and run payroll and compliance for placements; to operate, secure, and improve our website; and to measure and run marketing, including advertising performance. We send commercial emails only where permitted and you can opt out at any time.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate (hosting, scheduling, CRM, analytics, payroll), with clients when you are a candidate under consideration (limited to relevant professional information), and where required by law. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain US state laws — you can opt out by emailing us or adjusting your cookie and ad settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email marketing@virtustant.com — we respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for candidates, for as long as your profile stays active with your consent — and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
