Mike Dombo, Founder of Kensington Sales, explains why his team hired through Virtustant: finding enough qualified people for a specific type of remote sales work was the bottleneck, and Virtustant kept improving the candidate pool as it took feedback, where the recruiting agencies he had used before tended to lose interest after the first push.

0:01 The biggest problem before we found Virtustant was just finding enough qualified people to interview. Job market is very tight. It's just hard to find people who were able to work remotely and wanted to do the kind of work that we do, a very specific type of sales. And basically Virtustant was able to very quickly understand the types of people that we hire and find a good candidate base for us to choose from. Virtustant’s style of soliciting feedback and being able to quickly adopt the suggestions that we would make really stood out from any other types of recruiting agencies we worked with in the past. Usually you'll get an initial push from a recruiter with several candidates, they may or may not be great fit, and then they tend to lose interest in the project. But with Virtustant they seem to get better as we go, and that really stood out.

1:23 Ultimately we decided to work with Virtustant because they understood our challenges. They were very quickly able to adjust, take feedback that we would give them and, you know, act accordingly. Very professional organization, felt to me to be the right partner for what we do. For anyone considering working with Virtustant, I would strongly suggest to do what we did and give them a try. You'll see what I believe we saw, which is a young, fast-growing company able to adjust quickly and produce results, which is the most important.
